I have experimented with my chosen form and improved it. I have also figured out installation and rotating details for the design. Below are screen shots of my CAD process and a draft technical drawing with general dimensions.

I love the concept and think its great that you have accomodated for multiple scenes. I think the aesthetic is appealing. The placement of the sculpture should be in key areas that overlook the site to compensate for the lack of height adjustment.
